Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale
- PRICES:-
- As per the current WSY SALES LTD price list, excluding V.A.T.
- PAYMENT:-
- The customer will ensure prompt payment, no later than 30 days after the end of the month in which the goods were invoiced, unless agreed otherwise. Payment to be understood as monies received, banked, and cleared.
- RETENTION OF TITLE:-
- All goods shall remain the property of WSY SALES LTD., until full and final payment has been received and cleared, only then will Title of Goods pass to the customer. WSY SALES LTD., retain the right to claim back all unpaid goods.
- DELIVERY:-
- All delivery promises are given in good faith, and every effort will be made to meet our promised time and date. All deliveries are quoted as next working day before 5.30 PM, unless otherwise agreed. No liability will be accepted by WSY SALES LTD., for loss caused by delay or failure of delivery. Cancellation of orders cannot be accepted after 3.00 pm. All orders valued over £65.00, (excluding vat) will be despatched carriage free unless otherwise agreed, (UK mainland only), export charges will be quoted on request. We reserve the right to charge carriage on orders less than £65.00 net, at a flat rate of £12.75*. Special requirements for timed or Saturday deliveries will incur additional charges, these charges are available on request. The cut off time for placing orders will be 5.00pm
- P.O.D.:-
- All requests for proof of delivery must be made within 30 working days of receipt of the product.
- BACK ORDERS:-
- Customers will be contacted as to the availability of any back ordered product, items will only be dispatched with prior agreement.
- CLAIMS:-
- All goods must be checked for quantity and quality on receipt, and any damage or loss should be noted on the carrier’s proof of delivery. All claims forshort-delivery or for damaged items should be made on receipt of goods. For non-delivered goods claims should be made on receipt of invoice. Items signed for in good condition, and subsequently found to be damaged will not be accepted for credit.

All products, with the exception of flex, are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase. WSY SALES LTD., will at their own discretion, repair or renew a defective product free of charge, providing that it complies with the following categories:
- That the defective product has been returned carriage paid, immediately the defect is discovered, complete with details of the failure, date of fitting, vehicle details and proof of purchase.
- That having agreed that there is a defect in the material or workmanship, and it arises within 1 year from the date of purchase.
- This guarantee does not cover any defect or failure due to alteration, misuse, or modification, ill fitting, abnormal wear and tear or impact during usage,storage or transportation.
- WSY SALES LTD., do not guarantee to cover the cost of work involved in reinstating a renewal or repair.
- This guarantee does not extend to any failures caused directly or indirectly, by a defective part supplied by ourselves.This guarantee does not in any way affect the customer’s statutory rights.

- RETURNS:-

All goods which have been supplied in accordance with customer’s orders, but are subsequently returned, will only be accepted for credit provided that:
- A written agreement has been obtained.
- The goods are returned in a saleable condition. Any product returned in an un-saleable condition will be returned to the customer (carriage charges apply), or scrapped with prior agreement with the customer.
- A handling charge of 15% of the invoice value and all relevant carriage costs will be charged on credits for returned goods.
- CATALOGUE:-
- All illustrations are shown as accurately as possible, however they should be considered only as a guide. Manufacturers and competitor part numbers are used for reference purposes only.
- GENERAL:-
- WSY SALES LTD., reserve the right to alter designs, part numbers and prices without prior notification.
